Landmark Precast is among the largest independently owned precast concrete companies in the State of Florida; we operate our Miami Florida facility, with highly trained professional employees, and operate our own dedicated delivery vehicles. Precast concrete is our only business, and our years of expertise reflects that singular concentration.

We design and manufacture standard and custom precast concrete products to meet large-scale infrastructure demands for the construction industry and gas utility, telecommunications, water, on-site wastewater, and sewage applications.

Landmark Precast Engineering Department helps our customers design and select the best product for any application. We provide recommendations and guidance on a wide range of civil engineering applications.

We employ a staff of licensed Professional Engineers (PE), EIT's, AutoCAD designers, and draftsmen: all qualified and experienced in precast concrete design. This unique engineering capability allows Landmark Precast to quickly provide the needed engineering details required by our customers. Everything we manufacture is produced from professionally reviewed and sealed structural calculations and drawings. Landmark Precast engineers are also tasked with designing safe lifting and handling systems into every product.
